Rumble, rumble.
The dust flew through the air. The irrigation from the banana plantations swooshed across our windshield.
Talk of trip logistics buzzed in the muggy air.
How many women would we see today?
The plan was thirty. The plan... but commonly on medical journeys, the plan went flying out the window faster than a fruit fly in pursuit of Chiquita's bananas. There were about 60 ladies seen on this first evening. Two hours of frenzy, low light and flashlights.
